City of Toronto's electricity distribution utility. Bills include OEB-approved distribution charges plus IESO-set commodity and Global Adjustment.

Toronto Hydro is the local distribution company (LDC) serving the City of Toronto. Bills include three main components: the OEB-approved distribution charge (which Toronto Hydro keeps), the IESO-set commodity charge (which flows to generators), and the Global Adjustment (recovery of the gap between contracted generator pricing and the wholesale market). Toronto Hydro participates in Save on Energy program delivery and administers the local Time-of-Use rate plan.
