The Mitsubishi MSZ-FS series is the premium wall-mounted indoor head in Mitsubishi Electric's residential mini-split lineup. Paired with a Hyper Heat (H2i) outdoor unit, it delivers 100% of nameplate heating capacity at -15C and continues operating to -25C, making it suitable as a primary Ontario heat source. Capacities from 9,000 to 18,000 BTU/h. Qualifies for Save on Energy Home Renovation Savings rebates and federal Greener Homes Loan financing. Typical Ontario installed cost (single zone): $5,500 to $7,500.
